Tree fall hazard index, calculated as the height of the closest tree within 10m of the property divided by the distance to the tree.

• premium.property.attributes.outdoor.tree_hazard_index

Height in metres of the closest tree within 10m of the property.

• premium.property.attributes.outdoor.closest_tree_height

Distance in metres to the closest tree within 10m of the property.
